Finally I received the Nikon UR-E21 from B&H. The main reason to get it besides protecting the lens was to attach a polarizer filter on the P6000. I got the UR-E21 without knowing the thread size, nobody was able to tell me, even Nikon over the phone hesitant told me 44mm. OK, so I headed to my local camera store and low and behold, the circular polarizer is a PROMASTER from the video department. It is a 43mm size. I’ll be traveling to Puerto Rico next week and will put my D200, D90 and P6000 to good use. I promise I will share some pictures here take with the D90 and P6000. Meanwhile, I leave you with these pictures I took yesterday in NRW, converted with Capture View NX and B&W conversion done with Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.
