Some pictures with the Olympus 1030 SW

Posted by George Collazo On June - 4 - 2009

I’ve got this camera not too long ago and I must say that I’m impressed. I love the out of camera  JPEG’s and to be honest, they are IMHO better JPEGs out of camera than many Nikon ‘CoolPix’ I have used over the years. The last time I used an Olympus digital camera was very long ago when the Olympus E10 was just entering the digital scene. Among my 1st point and shoots I used the C2020 & C3030. The Olympus 1030SW is one heck of a tough camera. I used it one afternoon while fishing with my son and cousin’s son and dipped the camera in the murky waters of a local fishing pond. I love it, I got further on the floating strap for it. Hope to share some more sample snap pictures with the Olympus 1030SW very soon.
